Forum vs. Mass Email

idea...

We use the forum (this place right here) to discuss and organize the missions - creative ideas, details, logistics, rehearsals, planning, requests for assistance, etc.

THEN, once a mission has been finalized, I'll email everyone on the STB mailing list to let them know it's going down.

The mailing list gets updated practically everyday, so if you want to contact everyone involved in STB, check in with me first so that info gets sent to the most current membership.

Sound good?  We'll put it to the test tomorrow with the Whole Foods mission...

and yes, Catie, I say invite whomever you please.  Just remember: freezing is a fine art, and total commitment is mandatory.

xoxo

Re: Forum vs. Mass Email

I like this.  Good idea.

Does it look as if we will have enough people for the freeze to be genuinely effective?  Maybe everyone going should commit to bringing at least one other person with them, to add some numbers.

How many are in so far?

Re: Forum vs. Mass Email

Also, if anyone has friends who would like to receive emails when missions are about to happen with the when/where details, have them send me an email at streettheatrebrigade@gmail.com and I'll put them on the list.

Re: Forum vs. Mass Email
The e-mail idea is great. I am definitely in for the Whole Foods Freeze. I can try to convince a friend to come. I will see you all tommorrow!
