I really like this mission! I sort of envisioned the mall also...there are some kiosks with truly NM stuff (like the 505 tshirts and pottery). I like the idea of interacting with as many people as possible.  Also, if there are any events coming up which are normally reserved for New Mexicans and some foreigners show up (ie balloon fiesta as a bad example because lots of foreigners do show up...)

  I also like the idea of speaking in Jibberish or mildly discernable speech...

I'll keep on the look out!
